What Is Whole Body Vibration?

Whole body vibration was first used in Ancient Greece to help a part of the body that was not working correctly. It was further developed by a Russian scientist to help keep the muscles of the astronauts from wasting away while they were in zero gravity. Before the astronauts would leave on their mission, they would undergo vibration training to help build their muscle and bone mass.
